Our Main Objective
"It is our goal to give
everyone requesting to sing, at least one chance to be a star & join
in on the fun.
We do Private
Parties, Weddings, Dj, Anniversaries and any event you can think of at
reasonable prices.
To do this, please follow Rosie's guidelines -
Starting the rotation:
The 1st request slip received starts the rotation. the rotation continues through
the list of singers (including 1st time singers) before it returns to the
starting point.
Just look in the song book, complete a sign in slip and bring it to Rosie.
It can get busy, so sing one & bring one, this will insure the proper
order of rotation.
Mixing new singers into the
rotation:
Singers turning in their 1st slip will be added to the front of the
rotation alternating with those in the currently established rotation.
This is done because of our Main Objective.
Submitting slips under different
names:
Anyone caught submitting slips under different names to defeat the
rotation guidelines will be removed from the rotation. Fare is fare, we
are all out to have a good time.
Keeping the rotation in order:
The karaoke motto has always been "Sing One, Bring One". This is
the best way to hold your spot in the rotation. Have your next song ready
when you come up to sing.
When a singer is called and they do not respond, the next singer in the
rotation will be called. The missing singer will be called again after
that song, if no response again, they will be dropped form the
rotation.
Singers that sing as duets:
This is the most difficult to keep straight in the rotation. There isn't
any perfect way to handle this situation, However we will try our best.
The songs counts as a turn in rotation for one singer - the other will get
their turn in the rotation - except if they are next singer - then the
next singer in rotation will perform before the singer from the duet.
